Don Phillips | Senior Pastor

Don Phillips is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church.  He came to Calvary in 1985 from Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Arkadelphia, AR.  Don is a graduate of White Hall High School, Ouachita Baptist University, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Don is married to Sharon and they have three children; Jenny, Caroline, and Jay who is a native of Equador.  And, they have two grandchildren; Bella and Jet.  Don loves Jesus, family, the outdoors, people, and the Razorbacks.

Jonathan Wolfe | Worship Pastor

Jonathan Wolfe is the Worship Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. He was born and raised in Camden, graduating from Camden Fairview in 1997, and then from Southern Arkansas University in 2004.  Jonathan is married to Tracy.  They have three children, Jason, Carter, and Hannah. Jonathan entered the ministry in 2005 as an interim Youth Pastor at Cullendale First Baptist Church in Camden. After two stints as the interim, Jonathan followed God's call into full time ministry and became the Youth Pastor at Cullendale. With a background in music and a passion to follow God's call, Jonathan transitioned from the youth ministry to leading worship in November 2010 here at Calvary Baptist Church.

Wes O'Hara | student pastor

Wes is the Student Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church. He is a graduate of SAU Magnolia. Wes and his wife Lisa have five children—Tripp, Paden, Aylin, Liam, and Reagan.  Wes and Lisa have been serving in the Student Ministry at Calvary for twenty years in one capacity or another.  Wes answered the call to full time ministry here at Calvary in September 2021.   Wes loves the Lord, his family, the outdoors, and sports, especially baseball.  He is passionate about teaching the Word, and investing in students.

Cindy James | Children's Minister

Cindy James is our Children’s Minister at Calvary.  She and her husband Scott have been members of Calvary Baptist Church for 35 years.  Cindy has served on staff for 18 years.  Scott and Cindy have 2 sons and a daughter-in-law.  Clint lives in Nashville, TN and Brett and Anna live in Little Rock.  Cindy is a graduate of Woodlawn High School and Southern Arkansas University Tech.

Adam o'dell | MInister of counseling

Adam O’Dell is the Minister of Counseling at Calvary Baptist Church.  Adam attended Harmony Grove Schools and grew up attending Calvary.  He then graduated from Southern Arkansas University where he earned his MS in Counseling. He has worked with children and adults since 2008.  Adam became the Minister of Counseling in 2016.  He enjoys bow hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife, Hannah and their sons, Archer and Grant.

Stacie Griffin | Church Secretary

Stacie and her husband Ken have been members of  Calvary Baptist Church since 1998.  She graduated from Magnolia High School and Southern Arkansas University.  Ken and Stacie have two daughters, Abby who is an accountant for BELT construction in Texarkana, and Anna Grace who is attending  SAU in Magnolia, AR.

TOMMY GRIBBEN | MAINTENANCE/ FAMILY LIFE CENTER CUSTODIAN

Tommy is a class of 2000 graduate from Harmony Grove High School.  He is married to his wife Janet and has three children, Chelsey, Brooklyn, and Dalton.  Tommy has been serving at Calvary for the last five years. Maintenance does not begin to describe Tommy's duties here at Calvary or in the community.  He has never found something in need of repair that he could not fix. In his spare time Tommy is a mechanic and has a love of repairing things.  

LISA O'HARA | CHURCH CUSTODIAN

Lisa has been a member of Calvary for close to twenty three years.  She is a graduate of SAU Magnolia. She and her husband Wes have been working with youth for twenty years.  She has five children, Tripp, Paden, Aylin, Liam, and Reagan,  On top of her duties as custodian at the church she also homeschools her children, and is the "homeroom/camp mom" for the youth group.  Lisa loves reading, fishing, camping, cooking, and finding a quiet moment to herself when the opportunity presents itself.
